Job summary

Dow is seeking entry-level Engineering talents for Operations roles across Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Material Science/Metallurgical disciplines. The program targets graduates through September 2027 and emphasizes safe, reliable plant operations, process optimization, and technology deployment.

These opportunities are based in the United States with a focus on Michigan, Louisiana, and Texas, and require the ability to legally work in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Material Science / Metallurgical Engineering.
Graduation date of no later than September 2027.
US work authorization: able to work permanently in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Engage in manufacturing process troubleshooting and problem solving; contribute to yield and process improvements.
Support preventive maintenance, process control, and cost optimization initiatives.
Participate in project management and implementation; assist with equipment design and new technology implementation.
Apply technical expertise in maintenance, reliability, and production operations, including design and modification as needed.
