Job summary

Dow is seeking Undergraduate and Graduate level Engineering students for entry level opportunities in Operations (Manufacturing & Engineering) across multiple roles including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Materials Science areas. Selected candidates join a structured early career program designed to develop technical and leadership skills within Dow's safety‑driven culture.

Positions are primarily in Illinois, with opportunities also noted in other U.S. sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Material Science/Metallurgical Engineering.
Graduation date of no later than September 2027.
U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable operations.
Engage in manufacturing process troubleshooting, optimization, and process control.
Support cost optimization, project management and implementation, and new technology deployment.
Contribute to safe and efficient plant operations across multiple engineering disciplines.
