Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Materials Science / Metallurgical Engineering.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable operations.
• Contribute to process optimization, maintenance, and new technology implementation.
• Assist with project management, cost optimization, and equipment design.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.
