Job summary

Dow is seeking undergraduate and graduate engineers for entry-level opportunities in Operations across multiple U.S. sites. You will engage in process operation, optimization, maintenance, and technology implementation to support safe and efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Materials Science / Metallurgical Engineering.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• US work authorization with no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Contribute to process troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, yield improvements and cost optimization.
• Assist with equipment design and implementation of new technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects and process improvements.
