Job summary

Dow is seeking undergraduate and graduate level engineers for entry level opportunities in Operations at multiple U.S. locations. Roles include Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering with emphasis on safe operations, maintenance, and process optimization.

Ideal candidates have a degree in an engineering discipline, will graduate by Sep 2027, and must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. ABET accreditation and a strong GPA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Materials Science/Metallurgical Engineering.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable and efficient plant operations and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance, yield improvements and process optimization.
• Assist with safety enhancements, cost optimization and project implementation.
• Provide technical guidance in operations performance and design for multiple roles.
• Collaborate with teams on equipment design and new technology deployment.
