Job summary

Dow seeks undergraduate and graduate engineering students for entry level opportunities in Operations (Manufacturing & Engineering). Roles span Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Materials Science.

Most positions are in Louisiana, Michigan, and Texas, with other sites possible in the US. Applicants should have a degree in relevant engineering and be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Material Science / Metallurgical Engineering.
• Graduation date of no later than September 2027.
• US-based position requires the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Engage in manufacturing process troubleshooting, maintenance, yield and process improvements, safety enhancements, and project implementation.
• Contribute to cost optimization, process control, and new technology deployment within Dow's Early Career Program.
