We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support and manage enterprise applications and platform operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application support, production operations, system administration, and infrastructure troubleshooting, with the ability to work closely with development and vendor teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and maintain vendor applications and packaged solutions.
• Perform application configuration, setup, deployment, and environment management activities.
• Manage production support, incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across Windows Server and network environments.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve application and platform issues.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release deployments.
• Learn and support Formscape templates and Drools rules engine configurations.
• Ensure application availability, performance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 6-15 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Platform Support, or Operations Engineering.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with application configuration, deployments, and environment management.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Experience working with vendor-supported applications and third‑party platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Drools Rules Engine and Formscape.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Shell, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools.
• Experience in high‑availability and mission‑critical environments.
