You will partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and project leaders to improve field readiness, craft retention, and operational performance while supporting branding and communications efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with multi-state licensing and registrations across jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting craft/trade training programs or Learning Lab operations.
• Familiarity with employer branding and social media content planning (LinkedIn) and performance tracking.
• Proficiency with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI) and SharePoint/Teams site administration.
• Change management experience driving adoption across regions/teams.
• Experience developing communications playbooks or toolkits for field deployed communications.

Aufgaben

• Office Operations & Field Readiness: support field offices and WHQ; run staff meetings; ensure readiness prior to deployment.
• Proposal, Pre-Construction & Special Projects: lead proposal coordination; manage SMEs; coordinate inputs and risks.
• Licensing & Compliance Stewardship: lead licensing across jurisdictions; ensure tracking and auditable credentials.
• Performance, Reporting & Analytics: track metrics and provide insights for decisions and leadership.
• Training, Workforce Development & Union Support: develop supplemental training and union-related programs.
• Craft Experience, Engagement & Enablement: enhance onboarding, mentorship, and retention; identify tools gaps.
• Cost Control & Budget Support: collaborate with Finance on budgets and forecasting.
• Branding, Communications & Digital Presence: oversee branding and digital content; support employer branding.
