zTrip is seeking a Dispatcher in Indianapolis to help keep our transportation network moving. You will assign trips, monitor driver availability, and communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a standard Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assign trips and communicate trip details to drivers.
• Monitor driver availability and trip status throughout the day.
• Respond to schedule changes, delays, and service issues.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff.
• Provide support to drivers during their shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and dispatch activity.
• Assist with resolving operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Help ensure customers receive timely and reliable transportation.
