Responsibilities

• Coordinate Departmental Operations – liaison between Bury, Install, and Enterprise teams for scheduling, tracking, and completion of tasks.
• Monitor Work Opportunities – track timelines and identify additional work to maximize efficiency for technicians.
• Client Communication – maintain updates and address concerns promptly.
• Scheduling & Logistics Management – dispatch personnel to job sites and monitor progress.
• Record Keeping – maintain accurate documentation of assignments and updates.
• Administrative Support – provide support to ensure smooth workflow.
• All Other Duties as Assigned – perform other duties as needed.
