Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, and rigging crews to job sites daily.
• Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software for efficient execution.
• Secure routing plans and permits for oversized loads.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, answer inbound calls, assist with scheduling crane services.
• Collect and review employee timecards and submit weekly reports.
• Support office manager, sales team, and staff with daily tasks.
• Participate in daily planning and management discussions.
