Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate operators, drivers, and rigging crews for daily job-site operations. You will schedule crews, manage equipment using dispatch software, and ensure safe, efficient transport plans.

You will serve as the main contact for customers, handle inbound calls, size equipment needs, and assist with scheduling crane services while supporting admin tasks and team planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Comfort working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general data entry systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and external customers.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Our Dispatchers play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving pieces, communicating with teams and customers, and being at the center of fast-paced, day-to-day operations.
