Job summary

Barnhart seeks a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate operators, drivers, and rigging crews and to manage daily scheduling and customer communication. The role focuses on accurate timecard review, routing, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will be proficient with Excel/Word, excel at multitasking, and provide reliable support to the office and sales teams while contributing to daily planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail in data handling and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch operators, drivers, and rigging crews to job sites.
• Schedule crews and equipment using dispatch software.
• Secure routing plans and permits for oversized/overweight loads.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and assist with scheduling crane services.
• Review employee timecards and submit weekly reports to management.
• Support office, sales, and staff with daily tasks.
• Participate in daily planning and management discussions.
