Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or product-based businesses.
• Proven ability to build systems and processes from scratch.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional workflows from order to fulfillment.
• Design and implement SOPs across departments.
• Develop scalable systems to support increasing volume and product lines.
• WMS: oversee selection and integration with CRM for visibility.
• Lead project management on monday.com across finance to marketing.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory accuracy, purchasing, and sourcing.
