Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a Sr Director, Supply Chain Technology & Application Delivery in Columbus, OH. You will own the technology portfolio supporting warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS, TMS, and integrations, partnering with Operations and external vendors to deliver scalable, cloud-first solutions.

You will lead a cross-functional team, drive modernization, and ensure operational stability while aligning technology with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in IT, supply chain, or related field.
• 10+ years technology leadership in warehouse, transportation, or 3PL.
• 5+ years leading application delivery teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the application strategy and roadmap for WMS, TMS, and integrations.
• Lead delivery of enhancements, onboarding capabilities, and integrations.
• Drive cloud-first design for scalable, secure platforms.
• Oversee integration strategy across ERP, logistics, and partner systems.
• Establish SDLC, release management, and testing discipline.
