Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in operations management, incl. 5+ years leading managers and large teams.
• Proven experience managing budgets, staffing, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support managers, supervisors, and frontline employees across multiple locations and contracts.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery in compliance with company and client expectations.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain strong operational teams.
• Maintain staffing levels and respond proactively to workforce and operational challenges.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Manage contract performance, budgets, labor costs, and operational results.
• Partner with HR, Safety, Finance, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Lead operational improvements, mobilizations, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel regularly to North Slope job sites and other assigned locations.
