Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations, programs, or service lines.
• Experience within I/DD, HCBS, behavioral health, home health, residential services, assisted living, or Medicaid-funded programs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple service lines to ensure day-to-day operations and high-quality, person-centered services.
• Partner with executive leadership and oversee approximately 30 FTEs.
• Strengthen and professionalize operations across programs and locations; build scalable systems and accountability.
• Develop leaders, establish accountability, and align operations with growth and financial objectives.
• Position evolves toward Chief Operating Officer as Sunrise Community Living expands.
