Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of operations/administration experience.
• Experience integrating operations with program development and policies.
• Experience with foundations and grantmaking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grantmaking processes and program operations.
• Manage grants data, reporting, and integration with systems.
• Lead HR, budget planning, vendor management and board support.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director on staffing and strategic planning.
