Qualifications

• Five years of progressive grants management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in distributed/remote environments with proactive communication.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with grants data management programs; Foundant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute grants administration, record keeping, and correspondence with grantees.
• Prepare board meeting agendas, dockets, and minutes.
• Handle financial due diligence, analysis, and budget tracking for grants.
• Process grant payments and monitor balances for mini funds.
• Support program and operations teams with site visits and events.
