Job summary

A Door of Hope Pregnancy Center in Wilmington, DE seeks a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day center operations, client services, clinic flow, and staff leadership. This is a ministry-driven role with a strong focus on compassionate, gospel-centered care and professional excellence.

The position blends 30-40% direct client interaction with 60-70% leadership, management, and operational oversight, reporting to the Executive Director. It is an in-person, exempt role at 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Agreement with and commitment to A Door of Hope's statement of faith and code of Christian conduct.
• Experience leading client services staff and volunteers in a ministry or nonprofit setting.
• Strong operational leadership with ability to balance care and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations including client services, clinic flow, scheduling, and documentation.
• Lead staff and volunteers, hire/train, and ensure quality client services.
• Coordinate with Nurse Manager on medical policies and clinic operations.
• Uphold the center's faith-based mission and cultivate spiritual growth among staff and clients.
