A Door of Hope Pregnancy Center in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a Director of Operations with a heart for women and families. This in-person role blends hands-on client care (≈30–40%) with leadership, staff supervision, and center operations (≈60–70%).

You will ensure high-quality, gospel-centered care and coordinate with the Executive Director and Nurse Manager. The role emphasizes relational ministry, staff development, budget oversight, and ensuring compliant, compassionate service.

Competenze

• Agreement with and commitment to A Door of Hope's statement of faith, principle, and conduct.
• Two years of experience in personnel management, operational management, client services, or related field.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; related experience may count in place of degree.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily center operations focusing on client services, clinic flow, scheduling, documentation, and building needs.
• Lead staff and volunteers, hire, train, schedule, support, and evaluate client services personnel.
• Coordinate with Nurse Manager to support clinic operations and medical policy adherence.
• Provide spiritual leadership, lead prayers, and model gospel-centered care.
• Maintain client data in CRM and ensure accurate charting and follow-through.
