Midwest Exteriors LLC & Interiors by Midwest LLC is seeking an Operations Director to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate projects from sale to completion, and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel between Traverse City and Grand Rapids locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure inter-department collaboration.
• Coordinate project workflow from sale through scheduling, production, and completion.
• Lead and support operations and production teams toward high performance.
• Monitor timelines and proactively resolve scheduling, material, or customer issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes for efficiency and accountability.
• Handoff sold projects to production with accurate timing and quality standards.
• Maintain vendor and crew coordination to support schedules and quality.
