• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience interfacing with customers and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.

Operations Manager — Printed Circuits Corp (PCC)

Printed Circuits Corp is a contract electronics manufacturer (EMS/PCBA) supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, and medical customers. We're AS9100D certified and operate under ITAR/export-control requirements, and we're actively growing our presence in the industrial and medical sectors.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the full operational function of our facility — production, planning, supply chain, and quality — ensuring we scale efficiently while meeting our customers' delivery and quality commitments.

What you'll do:

• Own overall site operations, including production, materials/supply chain, planning, and facilities, aligning day-to-day execution with business goals
• Set and manage operating budgets, headcount planning, and capital equipment needs across departments
• Partner with sales and program management to align production capacity with incoming customer demand and new business
• Oversee production management, procurement, and quality leads, driving accountability across functions
• Establish and track site-wide KPIs (on-time delivery, yield, cost, capacity utilization) and report performance to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across the operation to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and increase throughput
• Ensure operations remain compliant with AS9100D and ITAR/export-control requirements across all functions
• Lead cross-functional resolution of material shortages, engineering changes, and customer escalations
• Support strategic planning for facility growth, including new equipment, headcount, and process capability as the business expands into industrial and medical markets
• Develop and mentor department managers and supervisors across production, quality, and supply chain

What you bring:

• 8+ years of operations/manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in PCBA/EMS or a related contract manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing multiple functions (production, supply chain, quality) and leading other managers
• Strong financial acumen — budget ownership, cost control, and operating metrics
• Experience operating within a regulated quality system (AS9100D, ISO 9001, or similar)
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience interfacing with customers and executive leadership
