Job summary

J&T is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for its Seymour, CT EMS/PCBA facility. This role leads manufacturing, engineering, and technical operations to achieve SQDCP objectives and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include driving OEE, standard work, Kaizen events, and robust MTM. The incumbent will guide cross-functional teams, manage capital projects, and ensure regulatory compliance. A strong EMS background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 8–10 years of progressive operational/engineering leadership in EMS/PCBA.
• Proven experience with EMS operations and regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop high-performing operational teams and managers.
• Drive capacity planning, scheduling, and Lean improvements to maximize OEE and throughput.
• Lead NPI/QCM activities with Design-for-Manufacturability considerations.
• Oversee CapEx projects for SMT platforms and automated equipment.
