Job summary

PSCU in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Director of Operations to lead daily operations, enhance processes, and develop staff for exceptional member service.

Reporting to the COO, you will drive efficiency, implement improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with departments across the organization. A proven track record in operations leadership within financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
• Experience leading teams, managing change, and improving processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and improve operational processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for operational staff and managers.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives that improve member experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic objectives and organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Work collaboratively with Compliance, Risk Management, and other departments to mitigate operational risk.
• Manage and participate in projects, technology implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance and present recommendations to leadership.
