Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related management experience.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule labor to support purchasing and sales with efficiency and responsiveness.
• Manage the facility P&L and achieve budget goals.
• Establish metrics and standards to measure efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Forecast and prepare the operating budget using historical data and benchmarks.
• Lead strategic initiatives and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Control operating expenses and shrinkage, investigate discrepancies.
• Promote safety, training, and employee development across staff.
