Job summary

In this role, you’ll provide leadership and mentorship to staff, ensure program quality and compliance, build strong relationships with community partners and employers, and work closely with EDSI leadership and local workforce partners to achieve program goals. The position also offers opportunities to explore innovative approaches that strengthen services and respond to changing workforce needs.

The ideal candidate brings team leadership experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for serving others. A degree or relevant experience in case management, human services or a related field is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between offices and throughout the Capital Region.
