Job summary

Clarvida seeks a seasoned supervisor to oversee program operations and direct staff under the Regional Director. You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations while evaluating performance and driving efficiency across assigned programs.

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s (or related Associate degree/credits) with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Benefits include vacation, sick leave, holidays, health plans, DailyPay, licensure supervision, and more.

About this role

A person in this position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of assigned programs. Responsibilities are varied in nature and are carried out under the direct supervision of the Regional Director. Supervises a staff of Program Specialists and ensures that their performance is in line with Company policies and procedures and program regulations; evaluates their performance and establishes goals and objectives for continuing growth and efficiency in performing job duties; takes corrective action when necessary. Ensures that programs operate in compliance with regulations, established policies, and acceptable operating procedures; obtains information from program specialists through regular contact and established meetings to determine if programs operate as expected; makes recommendations for enhancements/changes to the Regional Director.

Required Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons developmentally
  disabled; or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working directly with such persons; or an Associate Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of such experience.
