Chick-fil-A Lower Allen is seeking an Operations Director to lead a team of Directors and on-site staff, executing our business strategy with a focus on profitability, culture, and guest satisfaction.

You will work directly with the Owner/Operator to drive results, train emerging leaders, and maintain staffing excellence in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred and on-site responsibilities apply.
