Avnet in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to orchestrate demand planning, supplier commitments, and inventory across Avnet Integrated Solutions programs. You will own the customer build plan, align it with inventory, POs, and supplier lead times, and drive recovery actions when gaps occur.

• Ensure changes in requirements or commitments reflected promptly in the build plan.
• Resolve exceptions in demand, supply, and procurement processes.
