Job summary

Aviat Networks is seeking an Integrated Senior Supply & Demand Planner to convert customer demand into executable supply plans. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, manage replenishment, and align across Sales, Product Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure service levels and inventory health.

You will lead forecasting analytics, optimize multi-warehouse inventory, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes while presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• 5–8+ years in demand/supply planning or IBP within manufacturing.
• Experience in electronics/telecom industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasts, inventory plans, replenishment strategies and supply readiness.
• Balance forecast variability with capacity, supplier lead times and priorities.
• Translate forecast changes into executable supply plans to minimize risk.
• Optimize inventory across multiple warehouses and coordinate fulfillment.
• Develop forecasting models and dashboards; analyze KPIs and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional planning and communicate risks and tradeoffs to leadership.
