Palm Harbor Homes is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage warranty and finance contract closings and coordinate projects with contractors and vendors. You will evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents, and have authority to adjust terms at closing while ensuring timely funding and customer satisfaction.

The role involves gathering lender items, coordinating bids, and maintaining up-to-date deal tracking while communicating with customers and management.

Qualifications

• Duties require strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in contract processing and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Warranty and Finance contract closings.
• Evaluate initial sales agreements against final finance documents.
• Create final sales agreements to coincide with finance documents.
• Make changes to sales agreements at the closing table and reprint documents.
• Gather lender-required items to accomplish funding of deals.
• Coordinate projects with contractors and manage costs.
• Obtain bids and manage vendor relationships through project completion.
• Identify best vendors and switch vendors if needed based on quality and progress.
• Adjust schedules and scopes of work as needed to meet priorities.
• Communicate with dissatisfied customers and escalate as necessary.
• Update deal tracking and deal status based on assessments.

2 year Degree preferred
