Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in business, information systems, legal studies, finance, or related field preferred but not required
• Experience in administrative, legal operations, or data/reporting roles
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in task execution
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document processes clearly and deliver timely, accurate work independently
• Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Manage general operations tasks including referral intake, service and firm transfer processes, scheduled reporting, and post‑implementation support
• Act as primary contact for business units; document requirements and deliver process/reporting build‑out or improvements
• Evaluate processes and system capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and support decision‑making
• Compile status reports, dashboards, and analytics with performance metrics
• Participate in quality improvements including data clean‑up, training resources, and testing
• Document workflows, procedures, and meeting outcomes; contribute to firm‑wide initiatives and automation
• Adapt to evolving requirements and perform multiple functions to maintain service and performance
