Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, info systems, legal studies, finance preferred but not required.
• Experience in administrative, legal operations, or data/reporting roles.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document processes clearly and deliver timely, accurate work independently.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage general operations tasks such as referral intake, service and firm transfer processes, scheduled reporting, and provide post-implementation support.
• Act as a primary contact for business units, documenting requirements and delivering process/reporting build-out or improvements.
• Evaluate processes and system capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and support informed decision-making.
• Compile status reports, dashboards, and analytics, integrating performance metrics and reporting data.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data clean-up and training guides.
• Document workflows, procedures, and meeting outcomes; contribute to firm-wide initiatives and automation projects.
• Adapt to evolving requirements and perform multiple functions to maintain effective service.
