Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking an undergraduate or graduate intern to contribute to the NAM OMU Business Operations Organization, supporting Services Turnaround and Customer Management transformation. You’ll provide operational support, help manage data and reporting, and assist in developing dashboards and standard work procedures across the organization.

This paid internship offers weekly pay between 1,000 and 2,000 USD and eligibilities such as relocation assistance and housing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university.
• Majors include Data Analytics, SCM/Logistics, Business Administration, PM, or related.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed team.
• Experience in operations, data management, project coordination, or related support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Customer Performance Directors to ensure operational consistency and high-quality reporting.
• Maintain and improve data management systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of key performance metrics.
• Develop and streamline reporting templates to provide leadership with actionable insights regarding customer outcomes.
• Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards to track project health and contract performance.
• Partner with the Customer Performance team to define and implement standard work protocols.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures to ensure uniform execution across the organization.
• Support the Customer Performance transformation roadmap by identifying areas for process simplification and waste reduction.
• Assist in the rollout of new processes, ensuring team alignment and adherence to established standard work.
• Act as a key operational resource for the Customer Performance Management organization.
• Facilitate the collection and aggregation of performance data for recurring customer report-outs.
• Help maintain operational rhythms, ensuring that key performance reviews are scheduled, prepared for, and documented effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that operational processes support the overarching goals of the Customer Performance organization.
