Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (unrounded).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau) and languages like VBA, Python.
• Demonstrated internship or project experience in operations or engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
