Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Customer Performance Directors to ensure reporting quality.

• Support development/maintenance of operational dashboards to track health and contract performance.
• Partner to define standard work protocols and document SOPs.
• Assist in the Customer Performance transformation roadmap and process simplification.
• Roll out new processes with team alignment and adherence to standards.
• Act as an operational resource for Customer Performance Management.
• Collect and aggregate performance data for recurring report-outs.
• Maintain operational rhythms and ensure reviews are prepared and documented.

What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)

• Operational Support & Data ManagementProvide direct support to Customer Performance Directors to ensure operational consistency and high-quality reporting.
• Maintain and improve data management systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of key performance metrics.
• Develop and streamline reporting templates to provide leadership with actionable insights regarding customer outcomes.
• Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards to track project health and contract performance.
• Standard Work & Process OptimizationPartner with the Customer Performance team to define and implement standard work protocols.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures to ensure uniform execution across the organization.
• Support the Customer Performance transformation roadmap by identifying areas for process simplification and waste reduction.
• Assist in the rollout of new processes, ensuring team alignment and adherence to established standard work.
• Customer Performance & CommunicationAct as a key operational resource for the Customer Performance Management organization.
• Facilitate the collection and aggregation of performance data for recurring customer report-outs.
• Help maintain operational rhythms, ensuring that key performance reviews are scheduled, prepared for, and documented effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that operational processes support the overarching goals of the Customer Performance organization.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Students must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program from an accredited university.
• Eligible Majors: Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, or related.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and data visualization tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage data, generate reports, and improve administrative or operational processes
• Experience in operations, data management, project coordination, or a related support role

What will make you stand out (Desired Qualifications)

• Experience in the power, energy, or industrial services industry.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, or process mapping.

The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $36.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.

This position is also eligible for:

• Relocation Assistance:Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
• Housing Allowance:Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern’s permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
• Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
• GE Vernova Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
