Job summary

CertaSite is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Columbus to handle high-volume data entry, keep customer records accurate, and respond to Helpdesk queries to maintain data health.

You will set up customer portal accounts, review quotes for accuracy, and create contracts for won quotes, helping improve operations as the company grows. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• 2 years of experience in a service industry or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume repetitive data entry quickly and accurately into a computer database.
• Respond to Helpdesk queries relating to customer record health, integration issues and general user support.
• Set Up of Customer Portal Accounts
• Answer queries related to data or data errors in the system
• Work on existing data to ensure it is accurate
• Review won quotes to validate information is accurate and complete
• Create contracts for approved won quotes
• Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
• Entering customers and recurring services for acquisition branches
• Complete any additional assigned task as requested
• Help improve and streamline operations standards and needs as we continue to grow as an organization and acquire new companies
