Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Operations Coordinator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.). The role focuses on supporting drivers and leaders through clear communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

You will manage contracts in the contract management system, distribute messages and surveys to drivers, prepare presentations, and provide general administrative support including meetings, office supplies, and SharePoint updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts within Schneider’s contract management system.
• Coordinate and distribute audio and video messages as well as surveys to drivers.
• Handle data gathering, interpreting, formatting and distribution to support operations leaders.
• Add regular updates to the operations department SharePoint site.
• Authorize truck and trailer wash requests.
• Provide administrative support through coordinating meetings, ordering and stocking office supplies and making and distributing copies.
• Prepare presentations and correspondences.
