Responsibilities

• Data analysis, validation & reporting using Excel and ServiceNow; build dashboards and reconcile datasets.
• Business process mapping and workflow design using Visio and ServiceNow; document end-to-end workflows.
• Program coordination & deliverable management via SharePoint and PMO; track milestones and deliverables.
• Executive presentations & communications; create PowerPoint decks for weekly/monthly status briefings.
