Job summary

The Data Analyst at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) on the Operations Analytics team will design, build, and maintain data tools that help departments in Operations deliver safer, more efficient, and more reliable service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two years of full-time work or equivalent in data science or analytics.
• Experience in advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Ability to communicate findings and write technical documentation.
