BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a data analyst to evaluate procedures, analyze data, and prepare performance reports. The role supports system improvements and training materials within a fast-paced office environment.

The position targets candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of data analysis experience, with strong communication and project management skills. Local candidates preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years data analysis or related operations experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, project management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of internal standards and methodologies.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Able to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Able to support in developing and implementing process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates existing procedures and processes to make recommendations for improvement.
• Monitors reports to assess performance impact on key measures.
• Provides reports and analyses of internal performance metrics for projects and individuals.
• Assists in implementing and maintaining systems or processes, including testing.
• Develops and maintains written procedures within standards; documents end-user training materials.
• Conducts workflow and process audits and researches errors, progress, and metrics.
