Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking an Analyst, Business III to advance a range of business analysis and QA activities. You will develop test plans, analyze data, document procedures, and support large projects while coordinating with multiple teams.

The role requires strong communication, process improvement mindset, and experience with office and mainframe reporting tools. Position is onsite in Columbia, SC with potential overtime.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job related experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
4 years of job related business systems analysis, research and/or customer support experience.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed test plans and document test data.
Review system changes and impacts to standard systems and reference files.
Evaluate current business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
Write and maintain functional documentation and requirements.
Use Office and mainframe tools to prepare reports and analyses.
Train user groups on system changes and provide guidance to analysts.
