Job summary

Digital Asset is seeking an Analyst for its newly formed Operations team, reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations. This is a ground-floor role to help define how a fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company runs—covering executive governance, cross-functional workflow management, and the data/AI systems that support company-wide decision making.

You'll work across Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering, and you'll engage with a Series F, venture-backed crypto company at the

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in operations, finance, consulting, or data-heavy roles.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for workflows.
• Interest in capital markets, blockchain infrastructure, crypto, and web3.

Responsibilities

• Support executive governance by managing agendas and documentation with discretion.
• Own cross-functional workflows and drive projects forward.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and dashboards using SQL and BigQuery.
• Aggregate data from internal and on-chain sources for leadership reporting.
• Conduct industry research and assist with process improvements.
