State of Mind Apparel LLC is seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily workflow between customer service, sales, graphics and production. You will support and guide employees while maintaining accountability and ensuring on-time delivery.

You have 2+ years in operations management, customer relations, or production coordination, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, customer relations, production coordination, or related role.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional communication style.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in apparel, print, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with order management systems and spreadsheets.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Zieglerville, PA and collaborate with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow between customer service, sales, graphics and production.
• Support and guide employees while maintaining accountability.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Monitor orders from initial request through completion.
• Coordinate between customer-facing teams and production staff to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and manage production timelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Prioritize jobs to meet deadlines and customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, production status, and communications.
• Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Assist ownership with day-to-day operational decisions and growth.
