Job summary

Screen Pro Graphics seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize apparel decoration production, including screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and DTF. You will manage daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, and lead production teams toward scalable systems as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across Screen Printing, Embroidery, DTG, and DTF.
Manage production schedules and priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor capacity, labor efficiency, and department performance.
Coordinate planning with sales, customer service, art, and fulfillment teams.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Develop scalable workflows and SOPs.
