State of Mind Apparel LLC in Zieglerville, PA is seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee the daily flow of our business, coordinating between customer service, sales, graphics and production to keep orders moving and on time.

You’ll lead with initiative, solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and strive to improve processes while maintaining a positive, collaborative work culture as we grow with the right team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or related role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order management systems and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily workflow between customer service, sales, graphics and production.
• Support and guide employees while maintaining accountability.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Monitor orders from initial request through completion.
• Coordinate between customer-facing teams and production staff to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and manage production timelines, identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
