State of Mind Apparel LLC, Zieglerville, PA, seeks an Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to oversee daily workflow between customer service, sales, graphics and production.

You will lead teams, ensure on-time delivery, and resolve issues while maintaining strong communication with customers and staff. Experience in operations, management or a related role is required; apparel or promotional products industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a customer relations role.
• Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in apparel, print, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with order management systems and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow between customer service, sales, graphics and production.
• Guide employees and maintain accountability across teams.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, orders and issue resolution.
• Monitor orders from request to completion and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between customer-facing teams and production to meet deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve production timelines.
• Prioritize jobs and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, status and communications.
• Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency and quality.
• Build relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Assist ownership with day-to-day operational decisions.
