Qualifications

• Strong sales and communication to guide customers through options and add-ons.
• Background in delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to organize logistics and documentation.

• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages and add-ons to maximize sales.
• Support customers throughout the rental journey and collect feedback to maintain service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations, vehicle readiness, inventory and coordination with partners.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, routine checks, and assist with driving and staging.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates and customer interactions.
