Job summary

SIXT in Tulsa is seeking an Operational Support Associate to coordinate rental operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage vehicle readiness and movement, interact with customers face-to-face, and contribute to sales performance by guiding options and add-ons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Ability to learn internal systems and manage logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons to maximize sales.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey and collect feedback.
• Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle movement, and coordination with service partners.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and assist with staging for rentals.
